Annual School Fees 2026 Primary Students K-6


Enrolment Application Fee

$200, per student non-refundable payable on application.

Second child: $1860
Third child: $1540
Fourth child $400


Resource Levy Contribution

$250 per student


Association Membership

$10 for two memberships (Usually Contact 1 & 2 on enrolment forms)


Tallowood Bus

Annual Fees for 3 day per week service $960 per student.

Excursions and camps take priority over the school bus route. There may be days when the Tallowood Bus is unavailable for the School route. Please request more information from the Business Manager.

Keeping Our Fees affordable


Working Bees


Working Bees provide an option for families to be involved with the School community and provide an alternate avenue for financial contribution.


Working Bees are usually held on the 2nd Saturday of each term.

Tallowood respects that some families are unable to attend working bees for many reasons.


Options are:


  1. Participation in working bees per term or
  2. Payment of $100 in lieu of participation in each working bee. ($100 per working bee)

 

Fundraising


Fundraising is also an essential component in keeping our fees low. All families are required to contribute to fundraising events throughout the year. These funds are used to supplement excursions,  and student activities.


Payment Information


School fees are payable by the third week of term 1.

Payment plans can be arranged through FACTS for a small fee per family each year.

Payment Plans are to be paid through FACTS.


Please do not send cash to school with your child.


Excursions and camps are to be paid via the payment link through STRIPE payment platform on the permission note.
